Volunteers
The success of YDO and its program is only possible because of the generosity of our volunteers. From the beginning of a new year in September through our summer programs that end in August, there are a variety of volunteer roles available.
The commitment required can be anywhere from a few hours a week for a couple of weeks, to a regular commitment of one afternoon/evening a week over the course of several months. Some of the volunteer positions we regularly seek to fill are: SAT Prep Coaches, Academic Tutors, assistant soccer coaches, and administrative assistants.
On a regular basis we also look to engage high school students to support our instructors that teach elementary programs, as well as utilizing the talents of high school students in athletics, arts or academics.
